The legal advisory activities of the Office include carrying out the legal due diligence required for the acquisition of real estate, drafting real estate sale and purchase agreements, as well as preparing planning and construction contracts.

Legal transactions related to real estate require a high level of attention and care; therefore, our Office – with the involvement of experts, including cooperation with tax advisors, real estate experts and accountants – also provides legal and non-legal advice (e.g. financing, duties, taxation and investment-related advice).

Our Office has joined the Takarnet Land Registry Information System.
