Navszakértő (Dr. András Gaál, Attorney-at-Law, tax number: 18512908-2-41) (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) operates the website navszakerto.hu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Purpose of Data Processing
The Data Controller processes the personal data provided by the Data Subject during registration solely for the following purposes:

Duration of Data Processing
Registration Data
Personal data provided during registration is processed until the Data Subject requests deletion of the registration. Deletion requests may be submitted at any time by email or post. Data will be deleted within 5 business days of receipt of the request.
Newsletter Data
Newsletter subscription data is processed until the Data Subject unsubscribes via the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or requests removal by email or post. Otherwise, data is retained for a maximum of 2 years.
Technical Data
Log data is stored for 2 years, except for the date of the last visit, which is automatically overwritten.
