Navszakértő (Dr. András Gaál, Attorney-at-Law, tax number: 18512908-2-41) (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) operates the website navszakerto.hu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). During the operation of the Website, the Data Controller processes the personal data of visitors of the Website, users of the Website and registered users who make use of the services available on the Website (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Data Subject”).

The Data Controller processes the personal data provided by the Data Subject during registration solely for the following purposes:

By providing an email address, the Data Subject confirms that only they use the services associated with that email address. Any liability arising from misuse of an email address rests solely with the Data Subject who provided it.

Duration of Data Processing

Registration Data

Personal data provided during registration is processed until the Data Subject requests deletion of the registration. Deletion requests may be submitted at any time by email or post. Data will be deleted within 5 business days of receipt of the request.

Newsletter Data

Newsletter subscription data is processed until the Data Subject unsubscribes via the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or requests removal by email or post. Otherwise, data is retained for a maximum of 2 years.

Technical Data
