Fees

Attorney’s fees, including their amount, are in all cases determined in advance by the parties jointly and on an individual basis. A specific fee quote can be provided only after becoming familiar with the given matter and on the basis of the details of the specific case.

The amount of the attorney’s fee depends on how complex the matter is, how time-consuming it is, the value of the subject matter of the transaction, and the extent of the attorney’s liability involved in handling the case.

At our law office, the initial consultation – with the exception of legal advice provided in a foreign language – costs HUF 50,000 + VAT. During this consultation, the issue is explored, possible solutions are outlined, and the expected costs and required working time are determined.

Attorney’s fees are payable in advance; however, depending on the individual circumstances of the client and the case, deferred payment or payment by instalments may also be agreed.
