About Us

Our law office was established in 2005 and is a registered member of the Budapest Bar Association.

Our office specialises in tax audits and the resolution of tax-related problems and issues. The majority of our team of tax law specialists previously worked as civil servants within various departments of the tax authority, and we therefore possess extensive experience in tax advisory matters and proceedings before the NAV (formerly APEH).

I obtained my law degree at Pázmány Péter Catholic University with cum laude distinction and subsequently worked as a trainee lawyer. As early as this period, I focused primarily on resolving tax-related issues, as the field of tax advisory was the most appealing to me. I later took up a position at the tax authority (NAV) as a civil servant in order to gain appropriate practical experience. I worked in the Legality Department, where I examined and reviewed the operation of various professional areas (taxpayer registration, tax audits and enforcement). During my years at the tax authority, I obtained a second degree at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the Budapest Business School and acquired qualifications as a Tax Expert, Customs Expert and Duties Expert.

Our office primarily undertakes mandates related to tax audit cases, such as wealth increase audits, refundable VAT, blocked VAT refunds, excise duty matters, tax law assessment of contracts, liquidation proceedings, statutory audits and tax law due diligence of companies. In addition to these areas, prospective clients may also turn to us with confidence for assistance and solutions in relation to classical legal matters.

In addition, our office employs a team of insurance law specialists who provide legal advice in disputes arising from insurance relationships and offer full representation of claims, both in litigation and out-of-court proceedings.

Our experience to date and the professional preparedness of our colleagues guarantee the quality of the legal work to be performed. The primary language of communication is Hungarian; however, the Office also performs its duties in flawless legal English.
